I am a qualified Occupational Therapist passionate about empowering women with ADHD, drawing from both my professional background and my own personal journey.
My path in special needs education started in Italy, where I believed I had found my calling as a special needs teacher. Despite my enthusiasm, I soon felt drained and unfulfilled, as though I was running in circles. I struggled with my eating habits, financial independence, and just managing the demands of adult life. This cycle of burnout left me yearning for answers, yet I felt like I was pouring energy into a bottomless pit with no visible return.
Everything changed when I discovered I had ADHD. This realization prompted me to take a hard look at my life, reflecting on how misaligned I had become with my true needs and desires. It was a transformative moment that required courage and a willingness to reassess the foundational aspects of my life.
Now, I'm living in my beloved Scotland, where I find joy in nature and spend cherished moments outdoors with my two dogs. I've learned how grounding and clarifying nature can be, and I incorporate this understanding into my practice, creating a calm and supportive environment for my clients.
Through my journey from burnout to balance, I’ve come to appreciate the strengths-based approach to ADHD. I’m dedicated to helping other women gain clarity about their needs and identify what may be holding them back. My goal is to help you build systems that focus your energy and resources on achieving personal goals, escaping the exhausting cycle of burnout where it often feels like you can never truly 'win.' Together, we can work through the challenges of ADHD and create fulfilling lives that align with your aspirations.
