Occupational Therapist based online, in Edinburgh and Glasgow, working with women with ADHD.
I help women with ADHD overcome self-doubt, rebuild their confidence, and create balanced lives that truly align with their needs and aspirations.
Having navigated my own ADHD journey, I understand the confusion, overwhelm, and emotional challenges that often accompany it. I tried to manage everything on my own, feeling the weight of isolation many women experience. This personal journey is what inspires my work today.
My mission is to remove the confusion and shame around ADHD, and guide women step by step to clarity, confidence, and control.
With qualifications in Occupational Therapy, a background in special education and NHS, and firsthand experience as a woman with ADHD, I offer a unique blend of professional and personal insight. I strive to demystify ADHD, guiding women toward clarity, confidence, and control.
I believe that ADHD is not something to fix but rather a way to understand a different way of thinking. When you learn how your mind works, you can empower yourself to build a life that highlights your strengths.
Based in between Edinburgh and Glasgow, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my two dogs. Nature grounds me, and I aim to bring that same sense of calm and steady support into my practice.
If you’re ready to embrace your ADHD and transform self-doubt into empowerment, I’d love to support your journey. Let’s connect — you don’t have to navigate this path alone.
